At HB Athlete Development, we believe that no one player fits the same mold. As such we offer an individualized player centered learning approach, when it comes reaching peak performance both on and off the field. Our Process: 1. We discuss on the phone the issues the athlete may be having in their mindset game/physical game. 2. All athlete’s compile an Athletes Mental aptitude Assessment (AMAP) to help identify specific mental game challenges. 3. Where necessary further information will be requested to ensure we have a comprehensive view of the client’s needs 4. Following this a custom mental game plan is developed for the athlete 5. A standard game plan comprises of 4 x weekly coaching sessions per month (50min sessions) with additional tasks given to practice alongside (1:1 sessions are conducted via Zoom, phone call or face to face dependent on client’s location) 6. For cancellations, please be kind and contact me directly 48 hours in advance so I can arrange for another player to take over your dedicated appointment time. Failure to give 48 hours notice and a valid reason will result in other players getting priority in your preferred booking time and date in the future. Failure to give 24 hours will result in full payment for your session. WEATHER POLICY: Sessions will always be on (rain/hail/shine) unless there is current lightening and thunder.
